“Instructional Leadership” Training Series for Inspectors of Kirkuk General Directorate of Education

In coordination with Kirkuk General Directorate of Education and Stirling Schools in Kirkuk, UK Teachers Academy delivered a series of training for the inspectors of Kirkuk General Directorate of Education on January 30-31, 2021.
The event is sponsored and hosted by Stirling Schools in Kirkuk.

UK Teachers Academy’s Special Training Series for Kirkuk General Directorate of Education intends to promote education and contribute to the development of teachers and school leaders in Kirkuk.

Within the “Instructional Leadership” training series, 4 topics were delivered in 8 sessions:

• Online Teaching
• Classroom Management
• Student Engagement
• Lesson Plans
  
  The training received very positive feedback from the participants who are head inspectors of Kirkuk General Directorate of Education.
  
  The program ended with an awarding ceremony.
  
  During the awarding ceremony, Mr. Hussein Sabir, on behalf of all participants, delivered a speech emphasizing their pleasure and gratitude to UKTA and organizing partners. He stated that the training was very beneficial and shall be followed by similar events.
  
  UKTA Country Coordinator delivered an honorary plaque to the Chairwoman of Inspectors of Secondary Education, Ms. Parween. Her honor delivered a speech thanking UKTA and organizing partners and emphasizing the importance of the event for educational development in the city.
  
  UKTA Country Coordinator delivered an honoring plaque to Mr. Yasin Ibrahim, representative of the Chairwoman of Inspectors of Primary Education, Ms. Sawsan. His honor delivered a speech emphasizing gratitude for UKTA and organizing partners for this important event.
  
  The certificates of the organization committee and participants were delivered by UKTA Country Coordinator. The ceremony ended with a family photo.
